If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your product.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be returned in original packaging.

Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or electronic use.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing time may take 5–10 business days.
